Return & Refund Policy
GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please send a photo of the unopened item to info@thomsonhome.com, along with your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (see below for information about getting prepaid return labels for defective or incorrect items). Please package your item carefully when returning it to us. Any product not received in sellable condition will not be refunded.
Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the product is determined to be defective or incorrect.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Occasionally, despite our best efforts to package your items with care, parcels may be damaged during transit. If this happens and the product inside has been affected, we ask that you please contact us immediately, sending photos of both the outer shipping box/mailer and the damaged product so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
UNWANTED ITEMS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. We try our best to describe our products accurately on our website, and we ask that you pay close attention to specifications and sizing prior to ordering to help us reduce the expense and environmental impact of returns.
Returns will be considered for any item that is in sellable condition and in its original packaging, within 30 days of the receipt of goods.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have reason to believe that a product you purchased is defective, or if you were sent the wrong product, please reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving the item by sending a photo of the affected item(s) to info@thomsonhome.com. We will work with you to determine the cause of the problem; if a replacement is needed, we will arrange for a prepaid return label to be sent to you.
EXCEPTIONS / NONRETURNABLE ITEMS
For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for combs, hairbrushes, bath brushes, body brushes, foot brushes or nail brushes.
In addition, seasonal items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

EXCHANGES
If you decide that you want a different item than the one you received, the fastest way to ensure that you get the item you want is to start the return process described above and return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the money on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund.
