Ritual Ceramics

Based in Ojai, California, Ritual Ceramics brings art and intention to the everyday table through the work of local ceramic artist Jeffrey Ryan May. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ojai Valley and the Topatopa Mountains, Jeffrey creates pottery inspired by the colors, textures and rhythms of the landscape around him.

Each piece is designed and individually wheel-thrown by Jeffrey, giving the collection the subtle variations and character that come with handmade ceramics. Created with care and meant to last, the pottery brings together an organic, relaxed sensibility with clean, contemporary forms.

Designed to be well loved and used every day, Ritual Ceramics tableware moves easily from quiet daily meals to gatherings around the table. Pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, combining the beauty of handmade pottery with the practicality of everyday use.

At the heart of the collection is a simple idea: everyday objects can be both useful and meaningful, bringing a little more beauty and intention to the rituals of daily life.
