123 Farm
Located on the historic 2,400-acre Highland Springs Ranch & Inn in Southern California, 123 Farm takes its name from California’s three growing seasons. The ranch’s history dates to the mid-1800s, when it became a stagecoach stop along the Bradshaw Trail, and later a health resort in 1927, where organically grown produce and a close connection to the land became part of its approach to well-being.
Today, 123 Farm cultivates 20 acres of certified organic lavender, herbs and botanicals, with lavender at the heart of the farm. Certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF), the farm follows organic and regenerative growing practices designed to care for the soil and encourage biodiversity.
Lavender is hand harvested and distilled into essential oil, while olives from the property’s historic groves are pressed for their oil. These farm-grown ingredients find their way into a collection of small-batch botanical and culinary goods, reflecting a thoughtful connection between the land, what it grows and the products it creates.
